What is your relationship with money?
You might be great at making it, but terrible at keeping it, or maybe you just avoid speaking about money altogether because it’s “rude to talk about it.”
What you might not realize is that the beliefs and feelings you have about money were passed down to you.
Only once you have that awareness, can you create more empowering beliefs around money.
Robert Gill grew up in the tough, rough and tumble town of Bayonne, New Jersey. His Dad struggled working three jobs to support his Mom and four children.
Although there was no shortage of love, his life was centered around money scarcity, alcohol and drug abuse, and a constant feeling of fear when it came to planning and preparing for the future.
Robert knew he had to do something to change the direction his life was headed, so he set out with the sole purpose of learning everything there is to know about money and to provide much-needed financial education so no one has to experience the pain and helplessness that his family did.
In the last 20 years of working in the financial services space, Robert and his team have done over 23,000 cash flow analyses and over 10,000 financial plans, helping thousands of people create financial freedom.
In this episode of the Rock Your Money, Rock Your Life, Robert and I discuss how personal development helped him take his company to new levels, why he has a deep need to connect with and help others, and how he became a master of finances.
