How do you feel when someone says “You’re not good enough”?
Do you recoil and give up? Or do you put on your game face and prove them wrong?
While battling the struggles and responsibilities of single motherhood, Joni Rogers-Kante developed a business plan and set out to make her dream of an innovative cosmetics company a reality.
Time and time again, Joni was told by her close peers that her dreams were ridiculous, that she couldn’t do it, that you need to be a man to run a business.
Well, those people lit a fire inside of her, and in 1999, she founded SeneGence®.Since then, the company has grown to over 1 BILLION dollars in yearly sales. To Joni, the commitment to never giving up (and having the right team!) led her to this success.
Today, Joni is a loving mother, wife, fearless CEO of Senegence, author of Million Dollar Lips, and a one of a kind BADASS.
On this episode of the Rock Your Money, Rock Your Life podcast, Eric and I discuss why it took her 5 years to complete her business plan for SeneGence®, what she believes to be her purpose in life, and how she and her family are adapting to an ever-changing world.
